Giovana Fitness created a two-week personalised workout plan for me taking into consideration my goals, body type and exercise preferences. The plan was created in under 24 hours and upon completion I was given advice, motivation, a progress diary (for myself primarily and secondly for the instructor in order to write constructive notes and give corrections where needed) and of course the in-depth but simple plan for my two week course.

It included various workouts, information about where and how those exercises would target my body, physical examples of the exercises, inspiration and expectations of what I should anticipate to feel and change as the course progressed. I have to say Giovana Aleta Braia was an excellent motivator and fitness instructor, pushing me to strive forward whilst supporting and understanding my progress. I contacted Giovana each day as that’s what I felt I needed and she was more than accommodating. I was assisted and given advice with exercises I didn’t particularly like or found challenging and was even given a choice between a thorough 1-on-1 stretch session with Giovana or a 1-on-1 workout via Zoom as per my preference. The stretch session I chose was just what I needed as a dancer and enabled me to ask Giovana questions and, in turn for her to give me personal feedback ‘face to face’. This programme has allowed me to see changes in my physical appearance as well as mentally, due to the routine and regularity of the plan I was given. I would HIGHLY recommend Giovana Fitness to anyone looking to improve their health and well-being through exercise and a structured routine! Thanks Giovana!! 💪🏼✨

I have been attending Giovana’s group classes for the past couple of months now and was eager to challenge myself further. Giovana created a personalised 4 week programme for myself which I have thoroughly enjoyed although some days may have been harder than others. Her personalised plan involved a variety of exercises put together around areas I wanted to change physically and goals I wanted to achieve in the 4 weeks. My plan involved exercises which were strengthening and some definitely more sweaty! Her support has been brilliant over the last 4 weeks, she definitely is an excellent motivator.

I always struggled on what to do when attending the gym and felt very lost. Giovana has helped me find an interest in exercising and I couldn’t be more thankful. This programme definitely has helped me find a new side to exercising, which I throughly enjoy!
